Resourceful, Resilient and Remote Employees: Mental Health First Aid in the New Work Environment - Recording Available Soon Thursday, April 16 9:00 am to 10:30 am Changes to workflow and work environments can be disruptive and stressful. Please join us for a special learning opportunity exploring the principles and practice of Mental Health First Aid in the workplace during the COVID-19 pandemic. To combat feelings of loneliness, isolation and anxiety that may emerge, we will discuss tools and best practices from Mental Health First Aid as we honor recommendations for physical distancing. This session will share information on best practices and guidance on how to support each other and ourselves during this crisis. We will host discussion on areas of most pressing concern, with a focus on the impact of trauma, the importance of team engagement, and self-care and mindfulness as we all cope with these challenges.
