UCI HR Wellness

UCI is dedicated to building and sustaining a culture and environment that supports the well-being of our faculty and staff.

UCI HR Wellness strives to advance a culture of whole-person wellness for UCI and UCI Health employees, which includes physical, mental, financial, and family support while focusing on overall well-being and self-care. The UCI HR Wellness program focuses on developing, promoting and increasing awareness and usage of enterprise-wide and local programs and initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
