UCI Diabetes Prevetion Program
A year-long, onsite Center for Disease (CDC) recognized Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) proven to reduce the risk of diabetes. The program follows the Prevent T2 Curriculum and is FREE to all qualified UCI employees.

Maintain Don't Gain

Maintain Don't Gain Challenge 
An 8-week weight management challenge. Join your co-workers and take the challenge to maintain your weight over the holidays. Participants will receive a weekly email with tips and strategies for adopting and maintaining healthy behaviors, healthy recipes, stress management tools, physical activity suggestions, and encouraging support.

A fitness program designed to get you moving. Join your UCI co-workers for a quick, convenient workout during your work-week. Workouts for UCI Faculty & Staff are offered at different times at all UCI locations. Register for the 10-week class series. Fee Required. Workouts include classes such as Yoga, Zumba, and Bootcamp.

6-week relaxation challenge. Join your UCI colleagues and take the 6-week Rest and Revive "Take a Break" Challenge to help you get on a path to better emotional health.
